eserve Assignment Year 2011:  For those who are considered “tour complete” in 2011 according to Direct Access, 

please read the appropriate message as all effected personnel will need to submit an e-resume in Direct Access.  

When completing your e-resume, don’t underestimate the importance of the command’s endorsement.
